How do I send my bouquet?
We’ll provide full instructions for safely packaging and posting your flowers to our studio.

How long does the preservation process take?
Typically 6 – 10 months. Each piece is carefully made to ensure top quality.

Can I customise the colours or designs?
Yes! We work closely with you to tailor your keepsakes to your style and preferences.

You’ll find illustrated instructions for sending us your flowers: here. They’ll also be emailed with your order confirmation.

In person drop-offs are also an option from 9:30-11:45am Mon-Fri but must be pre-arranged.
Please leave a note on your order with the date & time you would like & we will confirm this for you. 

We recommend sending your flowers as soon as possible to preserve their colour. While some flowers last up to two weeks, they begin wilting at that point, so the sooner they arrive, the better for the drying process.

We recommend booking 2–12 months in advance to secure your spot. While we keep a few last-minute slots, availability depends on our schedule.

Turnaround time is 35-40 weeks. Drying flowers takes up to 12 weeks, orders are processed by the date when flowers arrive with us.

Regular updates will be provided to customers with photos at different stages of the order via WhatsApp if you provide a mobile number. You will receive updates at the following stages:

  • Flowers received
  • Flowers uncovered from drying stage
  • Finished products ready to send back to you

It’s important to be aware of potential imperfections before purchasing. Our resin items may occasionally have small bubbles, though we do our best to prevent them. Similarly, dried flower colours may vary slightly from fresh ones due to the natural drying process. While these minor variations are unavoidable at times, each piece is handmade with the utmost care and highest quality.

Flower Preservation in resin involves encapsulating flowers in a clear resin to create long lasting and visually appealing pieces of art such as ornaments.

Yes, we offer a framing service or to have your flowers placed in a bell jar. The flowers would be dried the same way as if they were to go in resin and then carefully preserved using preservation sprays and resin before being arranged in your chosen product. Sometimes we will enhance the colours for these two specific methods of preservation.

No, this is not the case at all. I can encapsulate fresh, dry and artificial flowers.

Yes, I can not accept any Anthuriums as they have a waxy coating which prevents them from drying out. A lot of customers ask if I can preserve succulent’s – I will always say no to succulent’s as they a full of water as are most cactus type plants. These shrivel up on drying and do not keep their colour or form. 

Absolutely. We often get asked to preserve other memorabilia such as pins, ribbons, charms, jewellery, hair and fur. Many things can be included in your preservation so feel free to speak to us or send us the other pieces your would like included in the final display.

No, absolutely not. I will take care of this for you unless you have pre dried flowers you would like me to preserve.For reference on how long it takes for flowers to dry you can view our Flower Drying Chart here

We use a high quality UV resistant resin for our preservations as well as some preservation sprays.  This will enable your flowers to last for a lifetime however we can not guarantee there will not be any yellowing of the resin over the years, and no fade in the flowers. The best way to keep your preservation pieces looking as good as new is to keep them away from direct sunlight and display them in a consistent room temperature where they wont be exposed to moisture. 

Yes  – you can still preserve your flowers. We recommend our destination preservation kit so you can get the best out of your flowers. It is up t the customer to check restrictions with the country of travel for taking flowers in and out of the country. 

We can still work with the flowers if you do not purchase the destination preservation kit however the flowers may not last as well to get back to the UK.
