TERMS AND CONDITIONS AFFILIATES

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Sals Forever Flowers Affiliate Referral Programme (“the Programme”). By joining the Programme, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with these Terms.

Eligibility

The Programme is open to:

Florists
Funeral Homes
Event Venues
Celebrants
Other approved partners

Sals Forever Flowers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

How the Programme Works

Affiliates will receive a unique referral link to share with potential customers.
When a referred customer books and pays for an order using the Affiliate’s link, the Affiliate earns 7.5% commission on the order value (excluding postage charges).
The customer must complete the booking via the Affiliate’s link for the commission to be valid.

Commission Structure & Payment

Commission Rate: 7.5% of the order value (minus postage fees).
Payment Method: Affiliates must provide valid bank details or PayPal information upon registration to receive payments.
Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid monthly, within 30 days after the end of the month in which the order was fulfilled.
Minimum Payout: There is no minimum threshold for payouts.
Refunds & Cancellations: If a customer cancels or receives a refund, the commission for that order will be deducted from future payouts.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must not engage in:
- Fraudulent referrals (e.g., self-referrals, fake accounts).
- Spamming or misleading advertising.
- Unauthorised use of Sals Forever Flowers branding.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including data protection (GDPR) and advertising standards.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation at any time for:

Violation of these Terms.
Fraudulent activity.
Any behaviour deemed harmful to our brand.Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Sals Forever Flowers is not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential losses related to the Programme.
Technical issues affecting tracking or payouts.
